This Privacy Policy describes how Hire Santa Nashville (“we,” “us”) handles information submitted through hiresantanashville.com and by phone at (615) 732-5517.
Information we collect
We collect the name, phone number, email address, event date, and address you type in the booking form or give on a call. Server logs may include your IP address and browser type. We do not sell mailing lists.
How we use it
We use that information to return your call, confirm a Santa booking, and find the address. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists. Payment details, when they exist, are handled by the processor we use for that charge — not stored as a public page on this site.
Cookies and analytics
The site may set cookies needed to run the form and measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser. The site may not work as expected if you do.
