The fastest way to book a Santa Claus for hire in Nashville, TN is to call; the form on this page is the other way to send the date and the town.
Call or Send the Form
Call (615) 732-5517 to check a date. If you would rather type, use the booking form below. Bring the date, the town, the kind of room, and how long you need him. Say if you want a real beard. Say if Mrs. Claus or elves should walk in with him. We call back on the number you leave. Santa Claus for hire in Nashville, TN uses this same phone for a house, an office, a school, and photos.
What Helps on the First Call
Name Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, or the smaller town — Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Smyrna, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Gallatin, Lebanon, La Vergne, Goodlettsville, Thompson’s Station. A condo in the Gulch needs the front desk. A house in Belle Meade or Brentwood may need a gate code. A Cool Springs office needs the building and the floor. Two visits the same night need a gap. Tell us the town so we can plan the travel time.
When to Call
Christmas Eve fills first. Weeknights in mid-December are often still open. For who we are, see about. For the list of services, see Santa services.
After You Reach Us
We confirm the time, the entrance, and which Santa you asked for. He arrives in character. He leaves when the time you booked is up. Put pets in another room if they will bother the visit.
If you send the form, put a phone number we can actually reach. A work email without a cell makes the callback slower in December. If someone else is hosting — a daughter in 12 South, an office manager in Cool Springs — put that person on the call too. We confirm one time and one entrance. Changing the address the afternoon of the visit is how two visits collide. Name the town even if you think the zip is enough. Hermitage and Hendersonville are different drives.
Stage the gifts if there are gifts. Turn on the tree if there will be photos. Call (615) 732-5517 if the time needs to move.
Have the date, the town, and the kind of room ready. A Gulch condo, a Brentwood driveway, and a Murfreesboro hall are three different arrivals. We call back on the number you leave and confirm one time.
Have the date ready when you call. Name the host if someone else will be at the door. We confirm one time and one entrance, then he arrives in character.
