Holiday parties in the downtown office towers and in the office parks around Cool Springs are where most companies bring in our Santa for hire in Nashville.

Santa for an Office Christmas Party
A corporate Santa is a visit at a set time in a lobby, a conference room, a restaurant buyout, or a warehouse floor. He is in character when the doors open. He works the photo line if you asked for one. He is gone when the visit you booked is over. Hire Santa for a company Christmas party the same way you book a house: date, address, headcount, and how long the line should run. Hotel Santa nights use that same call. The photo in that room — Santa, Mrs. Claus, two nutcracker soldiers on stilts — is what you get when you want more than one person in the red and gold.
Downtown, Midtown, Donelson, and Cool Springs
Downtown towers, the Gulch, Midtown, and West End are the usual in-town visits. Airport-area offices around Donelson book the same way. Cool Springs and Brentwood office parks — including the Maryland Farms offices in Brentwood — are where a lot of the suburban company parties sit. Tell us whether guests arrive from a garage, a lobby, or a side door off the parking lot. Have someone at the entrance. A photo line in a lobby needs a wall and a little space; a seated visit in a conference room needs a chair and a clear path. Tell us the floor and the suite.
How Long the Visit Runs
If the party is scheduled to end at a set time, he leaves at that time. If the photo line is the point, say how many people you expect so the time matches the line. A short drop-in for a toast is a different booking than an hour of photos. Mrs. Claus and elves can come with him when you want more people working the room. Nutcrackers on stilts need ceiling height — tell us if the room is a low basement or a tall lobby. Coats on a rack by the door and a wet December walk from the garage are normal here.
How to Book the Company Visit
Call with the date, the town, and whether this is a lobby, a restaurant, or a hotel ballroom. Name the building and the floor. If the party is in Franklin or Murfreesboro instead of downtown, say so on the first call. For the performer himself, see real bearded Santa.
A Cool Springs or Maryland Farms party often starts when people are still coming up from the garage. Tell us whether Santa should wait in a side room until you text, or walk the floor as soon as he is through the lobby. A downtown tower may want him at the reception desk so badges and guest lists are already handled. Airport-area offices around Donelson sometimes share a building with other companies; name the suite so he is on the right floor. West End and Midtown restaurants that buy out a back room need the host’s name at the door.
If you want a photo line, pick a wall without a glass door behind it. Afternoon light in a west-facing lobby can wash the pictures; evening parties under indoor lights are easier. Bring a small table if you want a list or a gift handoff. We can time a short toast and a longer line in the same visit when you say so on the call.
